No — we are a dry-hire bar service, which means you provide the alcohol and we take care of everything else, depending on the package you choose. This keeps things more affordable and allows you to control your selection and budget.

We’re based in Midland, Ontario and proudly serve Simcoe County, Muskoka, Barrie, Collingwood, and surrounding regions. The first 50 km of travel is included in every package. After that, we charge $0.50/km (round trip).We source our teas from various regions including China, Japan, and India.

Only our Full-Service Package includes a bartender. Bartender service can also be added to other packages for an additional fee. All bartenders are Smart Serve certified.

The Starter Package includes drop-off and pick-up of the bar trailer and access to the full setup, bar counter, and display shelves — but does not include cups, ice, garnishes, mixers, or staff. These are available in upgraded packages.

Absolutely! We offer an espresso bar add-on, perfect for brunches, weddings, and evening events. It includes barista-style espresso, hot or iced coffee, and even espresso martinis (client provides alcohol).

Yes! We offer mocktail bars, soda stations, and coffee service for alcohol-free celebrations like baby showers, community events, or school functions.

Our trailer is designed primarily for outdoor events with seasonal availability from April through December. It requires a flat space to park and access to standard power or a generator (if using espresso service or lights). Contact us if you have specific indoor requests.

In Ontario, if you’re serving alcohol to guests at a private or public event, you may need a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the AGCO. We’ll guide you through that process, or help answer questions during booking

We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance, especially for summer and fall weekends which fill up quickly. However, we’re always happy to check availability for last-minute events!
